We would like to give you the option of joining our Repair and Protect Scheme. This adds great peace of mind and is great value to safeguard your equipment.

Because you have taken the advantage of being on the Filter Replacement Program we can offer you this additional Maintenance Plan for just £8.99 per month.

The points below are what’s included:

What’s included

Repair and Support

If you require support and advice or for any reason your Product isn’t working, please call 0800 612 7611, who will try to diagnose the problem and find a solution.

If we can’t solve the problem over the phone we will repair the Product or replace it, during the call we will advise on next steps (please note the Product replacement details below and the Section B exclusions).

Product replacement

If we cannot repair your Product you will be given a replacement. (eg. Potential Saving £399 on the Boiler).

Multiple mechanical or electrical failures

If your Product has a mechanical or electrical failure after being repaired on three previous occasions, and your Product is still within your Repair & Support Plan, you may request a replacement. This benefit applies on the fourth separate mechanical or electrical failure.

14 day repair promise

If your repair takes more than 14 days, you may request a replacement product.

The cost of this plan is just an additional £8.99 / month .
